Finance is available for purchasing property in Poland through the Polish subsidiary of Allied Irish Banks, BZWBK ( Bank Zachodni WBK )

BZWBK is a Polish bank with a distinct Irish accent, AIB owning over seventy percent and employing numerous Irish staff in Poland as well as seven thousand Polish staff throughout its branch network.

Our Managing Partner, Steve Doran, worked for BZWBK for two years, overseeing the purchase of more than four hundred properties for private investors and property funds. During this time Steve was responsible for mortgage, finance and property advice for all of BZWBK's international investors, from expatriates to investors who have never visited Poland.

Prior to this Steve worked for ten years in the UK banking and mortgage sector.There are also several other international and Polish banks which will assist investors in purchasing property. Loans can generally be taken in several currencies to suit the investor.
